EverBank Reports Record Earnings
JACKSONVILLE, Fla., March 29 /PRNewswire/ -- EverBank, one of the

reported earnings of $32.5 million for the year ended December 31, 2006, up
15% from 2005 earnings of $28.2 million. Earnings for the fourth quarter of
2006 were $10.6 million, up 61% from $6.6 million a year ago. Total assets
were $4.2 billion on December 31, 2006, a 14% increase from $3.7 billion a
year ago. Return on equity for 2006 was 17%.
The Company continues to focus on organic growth through its core
strategic businesses of Banking and Mortgage Banking. In addition, EverBank

including the EverBank Advisors Program, the nationwide small balance
